        Ordered a bar and chain for my echo 2511, ran up fine did a mornings work then the nose bearing failed in the bar. Emailed customer services to be told Id ordered the wrong pitch, which I double checked and all was correct and told the sales rep this to not get a response and obviously doesnt know his stuff!
