Once again Acme Arb has done a brilliant job removing two trees plus a large pile of unrelated brush. As always they were extremely respectful of all aspects of my house and gardens. What was also pleasing was the teams flexibility and willingness to ensure everything was exactly as I required. The two lads went the extra mile. MANY THANKS.

Have used Acme Arb for several years to give our trees, shrubs and hedges an annual trim. They are very reliable, do exactly what you want, tidy up and the staff always very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, the team worked through the pouring rain to deliver exactly what was needed, including getting rid of a very difficult tree right next to our new summer house and leaving everything safe, neat and clear. Highly recommended.

Last week was the first time I tried using Acme for logs and was amazed at just how good they were from beginning to end . The lady ( Collette) who took my original query was extremely helpful and willing to be flexible . The delivery arrived as scheduled and the actual delivery agent ( Tommi / young German lad) was FANTASTIC. He could not have been more helpful if he tried. It was raining and awful but he ensured that the logs were stored exactly where I wanted them opposed to just dumping in a suitable spot. The goods were very good and VFM and with the excellent customer care I am over the moon. My only regret is that I had not used Acme sooner. I look forward to doing further business with this customer centric company.

I'd just like to pass on my thanks to Acme Arb Ltd for their fast response, extremely reasonable quote & excellent customer service. My tree had fallen down narrowly missing my newly built conservatory & pergola (& even my washing line)! Having never had to deal with a fallen tree before, I had absolutely no idea what it was going to cost as it looked like a massive task, but didn't think I'd get much change out of 4000! Based on their excellent reviews I called a few tree surgeons, I spoke to Collette from Acme Arb Ltd explaining the situation & Wayne came around that day. Collette then emailed me the quote through straight away. I was most surprised to find I'd got too many 0's in the price I though I'd pay! I decided to go with another company but just wanted to pass on my thanks for their swift response, excellent price & exceptional customer service. Many thanks & highly recommended.
