Thought I would check in to see if this "company" was up and running - disappointed to see that this is the case and he is still scamming people. Similarly to other people's experiences, he took an upfront payment from my mother and did not complete the job. He led my mother to believe he worked directly for Bosch. He agreed to refund the money my mother had paid, but I got involved when it was clear this refund had not been made as he had suggested. Money was eventually received but I have no doubt he would have left my mother without her refund if I'd not followed it up. Service: Dishwasher repair

I called these guys to fix my extractor fan, and 24 hrs later it was sorted. The fuy who came to fix it was very professional and gave me some cool tips to keep appliances looking good.

Came to look at a wine cooler, suggested it wasnt worth repairing as cost not too different from buying new. Agreed to send me an email confirming the issue so I could pursue with manufacturer as not long out of guarantee. Hasnt done as agreed despite me politely chasing. Basically took a large fee for a 5 minute visit (spent mainly on the phone to someone else) and I still have a broken cooler and no means of addressing it. Feel ripped off.
