Absolutely brilliant! The landlords are very friendly, so accommodating when it comes to any concerns and on the ball when it comes to fixing any issues. Especially in looking after the safety of tenants in lockdown through sanitiser stations and the common areas of the building, including the entrance and hallways, being subject to regular attendance from a cleaner. The location is less then a 5 minute walk from uni and from Fargate. The apartments are above a 24hr convenience store, less than a 5 minute walk from a Tesco, Sainsbury and Co-op, and only a 10 minute walk from the Tesco superstore.

Flats are modern, clean and furnished nicely ! Situated in the middle of the city and a couple of minutes walk from Sheffield Hallam University. The landlords are lovely and approachable, with brilliant communication and support.

10/10 would recommend, from the very beginning both landlords Bex and Jon have been very helpful, unlike other landlords they werent pushy when signing the contract and gave us extra support where needed. Me and my sister have lived here since the Summer and we have never had any problems, if we have any enquires we usually get a responding email the same day , even when it is non-working hours/days. Especially during COVID, both landlords have continually ensured me and my sister are fine and offered their services to the maximum even making regular suggestions to improve, such as further cleaning. I could not recommend a better place to stay, the location is perfect being above a 24/7 store and across the road from the station.

Bex and Jon were really lovely people to deal with, they responding promptly if I ever needed them. They also take residents safety and security seriously, particularly during the pandemic. Building is in such a great central location and bus stops just outside your door. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We lived here as a couple in the 2021/2022 academic year. We had a mixed experience and to give a fair and honest review we will list the pros and cons: Pros: -location (next to uni, shops etc) -Bex and John were always nice and pleasant towards us. -Convenient garbage chute. -Right next to a 24/7 corner shop. -Reasonably priced. -Big windows, lots of natural light. -Powerful heating, flat was always a comfortable temperature. -large basement study space. -Quickly replaced bathroom cupboard and heater when we brought the issues up. -Quickly dealt with washing machine issue. -replaced toilet seat on the day of moving in Cons: -no recycling as garbage chute just led to general waste and as students we did not have the time to go to a recycling centre. -no hot shower, mostly lukewarm. (They did take a look but said there was nothing else that could be done other than turn boiler up). -no parking tied to the accommodation for residents (there is a NCP carpark up the road for visitors). -during our stay, we had homeless/drunk people coming in multiple times and at one time we had a man smoking right outside the door to our flat which made us feel quite unsafe as he could've done anything. We brought this issue up however other people and this man gained entry after it. We personally made sure the door closed behind or after us whenever we left or entered the building so I think that there should be more security measures in place to prevent this e.g codes or key cards on every internal door so any intruders can't get past stairwells at least. -our flat phone had a few problems (unlock door button never worked, other side could not hear us). - Internet access wasn't great, no ethernet ports. Wifi shared to entire building so you get little speeds when everyone is online. Overall, as a student and for the price, this was alright for the year and it would be good for someone looking for a budget accommodation in a good location with lots of amenities close by. Our experience was not 100% amazing but it wasn't too bad.
