I cannot fault the time and work that they put in at the pdsa. What a lot of people do not realise is there a charity all donations go on medication to help other animals if people don't like it I suggest they stop complaining and use a none charitable vets were you pay 48 pound just to see the vets before they treat and then charge another amount for treatment plus if u need to take your pets back just for a check up it's 40 pound just for a checkup if you dont want to use the pdsa but cannot afford a none charitable vets don't get a pet are stop complaing

Very bad experience. Went there with the dog and They refused to take the dog who is in emergency, feeling so poorly, we wanted pay for his treatment! But turn us off

Will not see my dog with very painful ears due to staff shortages! So I have to let him suffer which is cruel! Or I could hand him over to a rescue that are overrun with lockdown pets and bursting at the seems! I am on a low income due to circumstances beyond my control and my dog has to suffer the consequences of that! I am not a regular user of the pdsa, in fact Ive used them probably 3 times in about 5 years and have made a contribution each time! I have tried my hardest to treat my dog with products I have bought and therefore have tried to avoid using this service at all, I am absolutely disgusted in the attitude of leaving an animal to suffer!

Very useful and very informative and very supportive and definitely would recommend them after all they've done for us for our dog now got and our previous dog
