Worst company I have ever done business with. Came to collect my order, the blue marabou trim was a light grey and in multiple pieces. Another colour was different to how it was online which happens. I was told the woman would contact me with regards to my refund, who than tried to state they only give store credits, when I informed her of UK trading laws, distance selling and how I have a right to a full cash refund (I too own my own business so know this law very well) she started getting very hostile and stating my account would be terminated and a cash refund would be given because she doesn't want my custom as though I would continue to trade with a business such as this. Not only this but the Iceland bag it came in was a lovely nicotine stained colour and the fur absolutely stinks. I only came here because I didn't realise I was low on cream fur and actually buy from the same wholesalers as hobbycraft and other top suppliers in the UK and abroad. Wouldn't recommend at all, awful customer service, smelly fur and dirty bag! OK. In reply to your reply. The one other member of staff I spoke to was a man who was extremely polite, he showed me the strips of grey not blue marabou and when I said I needed it in one length he had no issues at all and neither did I. He said Paula would be in contact who I am guessing is you and you were the one shouting down the phone at me after saying you only do store credit. You were a buffer company as I had orders to fulfill before I went on holiday but you're the most unprofessional company I have ever come across and to then lie on Google reviews to try and cover your backside stating you hung the phone up which we both know is not true and to say I dealt with 3 other members of staff is laughable. Check your CCTV cameras (if you have any, place is a dive). I went in collected my order, stated I needed one piece on the blue and that it wasn't the correct colour. Noticed another wasn't the same as my others suppliers and said oh, I'm not sure I can use that, it's a lot different to what I expected. The man said oh not that's fine, I can get her to give you a call and refund you. It does happen because of the monitors. I replied oh that would be brilliant, it's just I'm not sure what I would use it for. No rudeness at all. But YOU, well... That's a whole new kettle of fish... Absolutely rude, refused me a refund until the point I had to state UK trading laws and tell you I would be contacting trading standards. Regardless of how firm I had to be to get my refund tht was owed to me I was never abusive, assertive yes but you were extremely rude screaming down the phone that you know the laws as you had been in businesses 20yrs seriously, you need to learn how to speak to people with respect. I will stick with my professional suppliers in future like Groves Also regardless of what your other customers have been forced to accept its still UK law for you to offer a refund. The only items exempt from this are personalised goods. Satisfactory right and as stated long distance selling also have its own terms.

I'm so glad I found this company. Completely understands the hurdles you have when trying to start a new business. Especially when trying to buy wholesale and other companies want two accounts/references from other companies before they let you buy. Paula the owner totally gets it and has offered me so much help I can't thank her enough.
