        Avoid like the plague!! Had a hospital appointment for my 4 year old daughter. Booked a taxi with royal taxis and it never showed up, I rung them 10minutes after arranged pick up to be told drivers not coming. No reason or sorry just hes not arrived so cant provide a taxi. Daughter become extremely Ill that evening and had to call an ambulance. Cant stress enough how angry I am with the attitude of this company. Royal!???? I think not!!!!!!!
