        My child has repeatedly sustained injuries and staff are unable to tell us how he got them, they left our child in wet and dirty nappies and refused to keep it up when it came to the potty training, raised the concerns with management and was basically palmed off with the same excuses and nothing changed, the safe guarding is not acceptable and I highly recommend to all parents considering this nursery GO ELSEWHERE DO NOT USE THIS NURSERY!! I am filing these complaints to offsted because the nursery had no intentions on resolving the issues raised after multiple attempts raising concerns with the nursery management team.. mum witnessed our child getting kicked in the head, told the staff and rather then addressing the issue told another child to not climb on the apparatus but to wait their turn..
