My property was on the market with Mann for eleven months. Two sales fell through due to buyers inept legal teams. The third took six calendar months to complete due to another set of shyster lawyers. Needless to say I was frustrated and often furious yet the ever diligent Kerry was always the voice of reason and brought me down gently. Combined with the bubbly positive and helpful nature of Georgia they made a great team. Even when I was nearing despair the girls made me feel they were batting for my side and always in my corner. I'm glad I chose them.

We sold a house earlier this year, all in super fast time and achieving more than the asking price. I would definitely use mann estates agents they are were very helpful with buying my first property. Kerry and georgina were very efficient,knowledgeable and ready to help out Even with any inquiries throughout my buying process 100% use them again in future purchases and selling.
