        I sent an email in regards to an ex employer and it's extremely poor procedures and they got back to me within 24h. The news wasnt good news, but they didn't charge to tell me the basic outlines of my rights and where I stand and for that I'm extremely grateful. Particular thanks to James Bancroft for his advice. :)
