They are absolute crooks and shysters, they wouldn't pay for damage to my roof during storm Eunice stating that the damage was due to age related wear and tear and that storm conditions hadn't been met. They are theives and crooks and should be avoided

Poor service. Insured me during year 1. Came to renew, quoted for a renewal. Did not renew or contact me. I had to contact them to be told I could no longer be insured as the terms had changed. Poor customer service and unprofessional
