David Wood Foods - Sheerness

A very cold, noisy, dirty factory. The staff are extremely rude and think that they can boss you around. They talk in their own language too, which isn't allowed. They stand on the line chatting away while a poor black hat worker struggles with the line, and food starts to fall on the floor. Dirty looks, huffing and puffing, laughing, hand signals between other members of staff are not needed. Not friendly /approachable at all. Team Leaders/Managers just don't seem to care that bullying is going on and turns a blind eye. No wellness support given. It's an absolute joke, and now I understand why new people never stay there long enough and just walk out. Training is non-existence. This company has a high turnover of staff and has to be the absolute worse on the Isle of Sheppey.

Extremely Horrible to work for. Ive had to go to HR about them countless of times. They dont appreciate their workers, speak and treat them so badly. Their job advertising is totally different to when actually working for them. Disgrace of a working environment.
