        I took my 8yr old daughter to buy a single rose to go in the grave with a friends dog. Despite the fact this was never going to be sale of the century, the lady was very kind and interacted with my daughter beautifully, asking her how she would like it presented and offering wrap/ribbon/card. I was touched by this. Thank you.
