        Was TOLD have to get script for chemist 48hrs/ 48hrs LATER get TOLD "dr has to review meds" TOLD that I was shouting(NOT) they hung up on me TWICE (they in the wrong and KNOW it)

        I have been calling to surgery from last 3 days. First they don't pick up the call and if after 2-3 hours they pick up and say no appointments available. Really very disappointing. calling from 8:30 and now after 2 hours still no response.
