Suffering really bad tooth problems at the moment and although I couldnt get an immediate appointment was offered one not too far away. Amanda on reception was beyond helpful in trying to suggest remedies for me at home whilst waiting for an appointment. Really recommend and havent even been yet! Thank you.

Managed to get an appointment with this dentist after a few weeks of unbearable toothache from my back molar tooth which i was taking pain killers to make it more bearable. ( 111 was absoloutely useless keep refering me to dental line and all the un necessary questions before that. Dental line wasnt much help either. Kept giving me numbers to dentists who had no appointments available. In the end i decided to go private to get this sorted and after a few ring arounds i managed to get an appointment with this one.) The dentist was very nice and proffessional and knew what he was doing. Whilst his assistant was a very nice young woman who helped made me feel at ease. Managed to get my broken tooth and all its roots extracted. Prices seemed reasonable for a private practice also. Highly reccomend to anyone.

Impossible to get a hold of them, been ringing for days and getting the same message saying there with a patient what patient is there all morning and day time that they can't answer and they don't return calls either

I went in with my partner and the receptionist was lovely, however the male practitioner was not so much. When she walked in, she said she has an eating disorder. The doctor raised his voice and said 'ahhh Anorexia!'. "So you know what you're doing to your body?" - "how does it affect you?" - "how many times do you make yourself sick and how long have you had it?". He was asking very insensitive questions and making an embarrassment of her. He then had the audacity to say that he is there to treat the physical condition infront of him and not the mental side. Treat the filling and don't ask about mental health subjects, if you're going down that route. She has Anorexia and Bulimia, so he completely judged a book without even asking what its about. We have gone to other dentists and we warn them about the eating disorder and they say "okay, thank you for telling us". If she wanted counselling, she would go to a therapist, not a dentist. Walked out humiliated and ashamed. Definitely won't be coming here again
