I get most of my household goods and cleaning products here with good quality products and staff always around to help where they can. The have a cafe, pharmacy, phone store and photography store aswell as serving the outside community with food banks and providing individual service to other buisnesses where my company have had the pleasure of working in partnership to provide for the elderly and nursing. They have a clubcard service which not only provides you discounts on selected items but points to use in store which they post to you. They have a online ordering system for either collection or delivery but some orders can be changed for alternative , completely unsimilar to what you wanted and is the only negative whkch cannot be helped but a offer of your own alternative would be better, considering your still paying for that item or should say 'out of or limited stock' to give you a heads up. I recently had trouble with the petrol station they provide where the 'pay at pump' said my card hadnt gone through when infact it did and led to me buying petrol twice going instore the 2nd time, however when going back the issue was resolved straight away with politeness and got my second purchase back by being provided helpful info on how to resolve at the bank. I also used the car wash service paying for ultimate wash and left my car very clean however can have difficulty removing tough stains which was something i did at home on the sides of both my windscreen but took 2mins to sort with rest of car cleaned to good standards and easy to use. I go here daily and never disappointed.
