        Just been to co op sheerness and was disgusted in the staff member didn't get her name as just wanted to get out of the shop blonde hair glasses curvy shape female in her 20s I went to self service I had my daughter's in the pram one of the items wouldn't scan I looked at the women for help she saw me but carried on serving so I thought I would try my self she then yeld across in front off all the cue why are you doing that it's not scanning I said well can someone help she mumbled something I carried on thought it was all scaned went to pay then again shouting what are you doing its not scaned I said well are you going to help me then she said no I can't by this time my two daughters were getting restless I said ok I come there so to turn round you have to go towards the door then turn a left as I was doing that she shouted again where are you going you havnt paid I said I'm coming over there to you like I said ..I have represented my country for my sport and have served in the armed services iv never been so disappointed in a store worker in all my life this is my first ever complaint ..many thanks
