        Service in iwade is terrible we a small little place outside Sittingbourne, why are the buses always late or don't turn up ,.why don't arriva put on one of there a small buses from Sheepy to Sittingbourne every 1/2 hour only , not Maidstone it would be so much better it really needs looking at, it a terrible service

        awful experience with blatant disability discrimination on the fastrack bus B from Bluewater Shopping Centre to Greenhithe train station complaint made and will pursue this further will NEVER travel with arriva again
