An ancient church nestling at the heart of a wonderfully quaint English village. Granite abounds, with Dartmoor just a stones throw away. A sense of peace and tranquility surrounds the church, with just the gentle baa of sheep to break the silence. Dartmoor should be renamed and classified as a Nature Reserve, not a National Park. Too many people take the word Park literally, and destroy the landscape by playing on it with trail bikes, 4x4 vehicles, illegal or thoughtless camping, and more. Dartmoor is beautiful, serene, precious, and must remain so.
