Bluebird Care Fareham

I joined Bluebird Care in 2015 when it was then Fareham and Gosport franchise. I worked as a carer and live in carer for a year before being promoted to an office position as Care coordinator. I worked within this role for 2 years before the franchise split and I chose to work for Bluebird Care Gosport franchise out of pure convenience as the new office was 2 minutes from where I lived. I continued my Bluebird Care journey here until January 2021 when I decided I needed a move. I saw Fareham were advertising and applied for Coordinator. I was successful at interview and have spent the last 10 months thoroughly enjoying my role here. The team is by far the best team I have ever worked for, everyone is in it together and always there to help in times of need. The director Gabi is more than a director she treats you like her family. She knows more about you than you think and this goes for all her team. She's the wisest, loyal caring boss I have ever had the pleasure to work for. I can honestly say I admire all she does for everyone from carers and there families, customers and there families and her own family. Nothing is ever too big. I have never come across anyone as person focussed as her. I am so so proud to work for Gabi and Bluebird Care Fareham, here's to many year's of working happiness.

I have worked at Bluebird Care Fareham as the Registered Care Manager for just over 2 years now and i can honestly say i am here for the long run! What i enjoy most about my job is making a difference to people's lives, allowing them to stay in their own home is really important to me, supporting them to access the community and helping them maintain their independence for as long as possible. I enjoy running a successful service, receiving compliments from customers and their family members about what a difference we all make to their lives is absolutely incredible. I have worked in the care industry now for roughly 7 to 8 years and i can hand on heart say that Bluebird Care Fareham has been the best care provider i have worked for, you aren't just a number, you are valued as an individual, you are thoroughly supported, people care, it's not just a job, working here is like working with family. The culture we have is like no other.

Professional team of workers providing a care service in the Fareham area. Good to work for. Good rate of pay. Paid travel between customers. Nice Blue uniform. Always ready to add carers and customers to the team. Customers that we serve are happy to be cared for by the team. Wouldn't be without Bluebird Care in my life.

5* isnt enough, Id give 10* if I could. Ive been with Bluebird Care Fareham for almost 5 years, having had different roles within the company and now a current Care Assistant after returning with support from maternity leave. I couldnt imagine working for anyone else. Our director of the company is always looking for new ways to keep our customers happy and get out in the community as much as possible together and our whole team gives their heart and soul in to what we do. Grateful to be a part of a wonderful team of Care Assistants.
