        Really helpful staff, and Little Barn Door are very competitively priced. Our flat was staged in perfect time to be able to list before Christmas. I think the flat looks amazing and staging has generated a lot of new interest. I will update on progress in the new year.

        I had a couple of kick start calls from Faye to help me and my parnter with the sale of our home. She offered some very useful advice and provided me with some very helpful links to enable me to present the house in a way that would attract potential buyers. Faye and Sam followed up with a couple of phone calls and emails to check in on us as selling a house is super stressful. A fantastic service and highly recommend contacting this company if you need any help with selling your home. It makes the selling process exciting and that you feel in control of the process too.         We engaged Natalie and the ladies of LBD and they staged our 2 bed heritage apartment to a wonderful standard. It had been on sale empty and we had limited enquiries, but as soon as it was Staged the offers came in. Due to other issues the sale fell thru but the Team at LBD supported us thru all this. As soon as the apartment was relisted we had 3 more offers, and finally one came thru. Cannot thank the ladies enough for their support, professionalism and everything they have done to ensure our beloved apartment was shown to its best, allowing buyers to see the potential.

I had been struggling to sell the flat, and Natalie carried out a thorough investigation to see what needed to be done to show the flat off at its best. Following the staging by Little Barn Door, the flat went straight off the market for a higher price than I had been anticipating. I can't thank Natalie and Little Barn Door enough.
