Visited out of the blue last week whilst desperately trying to find a cattery. Although they were fully booked for when I needed them, they have excellent facilities and I hope to use them one day in the future.

Our cats, Mallory and Murdoch, spent just under 2 weeks at Catnaps and I can tell they loved their holiday - they are happy and relaxed. This was the first time we have used a cattery and Kerri put our mind at ease. We visited the facility before using it and could see it was clean, well-organised and, most importantly, all cats are really well cared for. It was clear Kerri and her assistant are cat lovers. There are lots of toys for cats to play with and they each have time out from their cabin to explore the wider surroundings of the cattery. Thank you to Catnaps for looking after our furbabies so well - we will be using you again!

An amazing cattery cannot recommend the owners enough. Treats your cat as if it was their own.

Lovely lovely lady runs the place, you can tell she is a real cat lover, left our Wilson for the first time and felt comfortable with him being there. Super clean, really efficient, would recommend without hesitation (and we got some free eggs but don't tell anyone, they were delicious)..

My cats picked up fleas whilst here for 3 days, owner said it was our fault that they were not treated correctlyIm a vet nurse, I checked them throughly the day they went and their coats where clean, there was also no sign of fleas in our home yet when we went to collect their pod was filthy and covered in flea dust...poor babies. The owner also said she had flea treatment and would have treated them herself but as wed already stated on the paperwork theyd been treated she decided not too.. didnt bother phoning to tell us they had fleas or ask if she could apply treatment though, just left them :( Owner also made odd and unnecessary comments about our car being too small.. its a 5 door BMW?? Owner also kept calling one of our cats a girl and when politely corrected said it was again my fault for filling out the paper work incorrectly.. when checked paper work said they were both boys. My lads will stay elsewhere now.
