We had our awning installed last August and were very impressed with the whole experience. From initial visit/ quotation to site survey (by Dave) and installation, everything was exceptional and the awning is great. We had a (very minor) issue recently which was dealt with very promptly and professionally, again by Dave, who is a credit to the team. Highly recommended.

We are really impressed with the quality of our blinds and how easy they are to operate. The install went smoothly, even in the pouring rain. Very good fitters. Dave the Operations mgmr has been very responsive to any feedback and we would recommend the business.

At a time when customer service seems to be non existent, I can't praise enough The Great British Awning Company. Amazing service with all promises kept! We had a problem on Easter Sunday and it was dealt with efficiently. They even have an answering service with a human!!!!

Saw them displaying at Hampton court flower show . Very quick follow up and visit. Surveyor came and measured and advised on best options . Ordered and the delivery date was as promised and communication great. The awning is very effective and exactly as shown and described. We are very pleased with the product and lovely to see a British company selling designing manufacturing and fitting. One minor blip was sorted straight away. We would recommend the Great British Awning Company.

An absolutely awesome company with good old fashioned values. Best quality awnings out there and a non-pushy sales visit from Kim to find the right awning for us. Excellent product but the team are second to none; regular updates on the order status, and installation engineers that truly care about our home and their product. Thank you so much. Cant wait for the lovely weather to come!
