An excellent doctors with excellent professional staff doing an excellent job and have done so even in the recent pandemic. I am very surprised at some of the poor ratings given.

The receptionist here don't fit the stereotype, they are all kind and caring and seem to be able to remain cheerful and helpful despite us - the patients

As mentioned in other reviews, the telephone manner of the receptionist leaves a lot to be desired, the time taken to process prescriptions is also a further sign that the practice could do with more experienced and structured management (6 days to process) Dr Clark has always been very helpful and polite but the standards of the practice administration and operation needs real attention. I cannot in good faith recommend this practice to anyone.

Receptionist was rude I told her I was booked in for 9am but received the call at 8.30 and she called me a liar, the way I've been treated by this doctors is making it harder for me to find the courage to contact them due to my mental health which is what my appointment was for I highly recommend the doctors at this surgery should seriously consider replacing their receptionists as they are making the practice seem like an awful awful place when in reality the doctors here are amazing when they are able to do their job properly not being delayed by incompetent phone pick up artists who believe themselves to be doctors when in reality a robot would do the job better
