I feel so sorry for the staff who work for Alison Peake. My daughter and my best friend worked there. Ms Peake, is a very rude, inconsiderate woman. She speaks to her staff like dirt. Never thanks her staff for putting themselves out during and after a very hard and long shift. She just sits in her office, doesn't help out if needed, just ignores you, if she doesn't like you. Many staff are leaving because of Ms Peake's attitude which means, agency staff are required at a cost. The residents are unhappy with the change of staff as their care is quite personal. There are also residents who require special needs, but Ms Peake discourages them from moving to a home more suitable, she likes her bonuses for herself and not her staff or residents.
