Absolutely fantastic! I changed from Animals Trust to Crown House Vets and I couldn't be happier! All the staff are lovely and thoughtful, prices are reasonable, there's always appointments available and somebody always answers the phone. I've been to the Shaw establishment and the Rochdale one and both are great couldn't fault anything! :) Thankyou

The care from the vets is good, but the attention to detail is just not there unfortunately. X rays were requested for my cat post-extraction. These were not taken. An important appointment for an operation was made at the wrong surgery by the receptionist, so when I turned up with my "nil by mouth" cat , I was told I was at the wrong centre and he couldn't have his operation. The receptionist accepted no responsibility for the mistake and tried to put all the blame onto me which was very distressing. Luckily the vet allowed the surgery to go ahead that day. My cat went a week without pain medication because they didn't have it in stock, and when he needed a medi-vest, they gave me the wrong size so it was a total waste of money.

An absolutely brilliant vets my dogs love going always helpfully so pleased I came to them so happy and would recommend them which I have done
