        My Dyson Vacuum had a repair issue. I took it in before dinner time and it was repaired by 16.00 hours same day. Very friendly guy and would use again.

        Superb customer service. Really went the extra mile to fix my Vax that I couldn't get a part anywhere for. Will definitely use again. Please support - a small local shop like this gives Shaw its character.

        Took my Dyson for repair as it had died. Gentleman looked at it the same day (you have to leave 10 deposit which is refunded if you have the job done) Felt I got honest feedback regarding what was wrong with it, he seems very knowledgeable so decided to have it repaired and it was done and ready for collection the following day. Would go again.
