Fantastic customer service. My queries were dealt with quickly and professionally. The delivery driver went above and body in delivering the very heavy half whiskey barrels I ordered. The barrels look fantastic in the garden ready to be used as planters. Highly recommended.

A very professional reclamation & salvage company. I found their descriptions honest and accurate. Excellent customer service from Mel and a quick reasonably priced delivery. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.

I was immensely impressed by the standards of customer service at WillMow Reclamation. I was able to purchase the items we wanted without any difficulty at all. Just a phone call followed by a swift exchange of emails, (an invoice and bank transfer) and our very heavy delivery should be with us within a week. Mel could not have been more helpful or efficient. She did exactly what shed said shed do in a very short time frame. She is also very polite and friendly - a breath of fresh air in the reclamation industry. I would not hesitate to go in the direction of WillMow in future should we need other reclaimed materials.
