        I have had back pain for almost 12 months and was recommended to try Tara Physiotherapy by my partner. On my first visit i was told by the physio Rumel that the problem was with my hip not my back and was shown that i was leaning to one side. Two sessions of dry needling, exercises to do at home and i am now pain free for the first time in months! Just wish that i had gone sooner, highly recommended.

        After my first appointment with Rumel I have already started to see improvements with my tilted pelvis. Rumel has began to help me correct my tilted pelvis, giving me exercises to do at home to ensure it continues to improve. If you are looking for an experienced physio who knows their stuff, I highly recommend.
