Placed FIVE orders with this company and all but one were refunded because the items werent in stock. ONE order arrives and the item is the incorrect size. Upon emailing to request exchange, I was ignored for over a week, to be told my email was left in drafts and shouldve been sent days ago. Not even half an hour after the first reply email was sent, another email was sent demanding I send back the item ASAP because another customer wanted to purchase the item. NOTHING was done to compensate me at all. I was told to cover the cost of immediate shipping myself but after being so rudely demanded to return the item, with no alternative offered, I dont trust this company at all so will not be returning, thats both the item and as a customer.
