Well Shaw - High Street

Appalling. Apparently it's okay to mess pensioners around by expecting them to make repeat visits when the prescription that should be ready isn't. They won't deliver unless housebound which is fair enough IF prescriptions are actually ready when they should be. There's always an excuse, but never a valid one. I've tried to email their head office but the address on the website doesn't even work! Says it all really.

I don't understand how you can be that rude to people and still have a customer facing job. Every time you go, your prescription is never ready as "it is coming in on the delivery today....". If you are going there for Penicillin you would be better growing some mould at home, you would get it quicker.

The staff are very slow, their attitudes sometimes leave a lot to be desired. Many times you go there and they havent even got your prescription ready. I know many people who have left and gone elsewhere

Prescription never ready. Always the fault of the doctors or the system. Most of the staff are rude and don't seem to care. Poor service
