Valentines Estates Agents

We are first time buyers and our solicitors were useless, Valentines Estate agents made the process so much easier, all of them are friendly, helpful and empathetic of first time buyers, when our solicitor was dragging there feet Deborah was there to give them a nudge and get answers out of them, the house buying process is long winded and boring but valentines made it an enjoyable experience. Me and my family thank you all so much.

I have recently sold my house using Valentine's. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Deborah and her staff looked after me through a very difficult time I cannot thank them enough

Applied for a flat viewing, a lady called me day before to confirm I was coming which I did and quite abrupt saying 'I need to make sure to be on time', again this morning I got a phone call to confirm the appointment and was told there is no way that I can be late because the gentleman doing the viewing has somewhere else to be so I have to be early. I was 5 minutes early and came to the address, I rang the agency they said there had been an accident and he was going to be running late. Instead of ringing me when the agent arrived there I had to ring them, it then came that there has been confusions with the address on the map and it shows at a different location it was up the street, there had apparently been a few people that they had the mix up with but in the wait of 20 minutes and speaking to the women she had no deceny of making me aware of that fact! Did not even give me a chance to speak without interrupting me when I tried and even explain myself, before I said I don't want to do the viewing anymore. She then proceeded to tell me he had left anyway. I am currently pregnant and this whole situation with the company has done nothing but make me nervous and stress me out.
