        I called the company and needed support ASAP I needed help to get all the house Wi-Fi and equipment working. Due to the service we work in we needed this work done fast. Dean listened to my situation and dropped everything in order to help us get the equipment working. We support adults with disabilities dean was so understanding and came the same day. He explained everything to the staff and left 3 happy tenants and a relived staff team. Big thanks dean very much appreciated Janet and the team at Newbarn

        My Father in law was having trouble with his technology and just getting so overwhelmed with how to fix it. As we are based in Australia we just couldn't go over to help, as he really needed someone face to face. I looked up and found InSync It and contacted Dean. Dean was so helpful and sorted out a time that would work and went out to see my Father in and go everything working for him and saved a lot of stress.         Great service from Dean - needed him to fix some network cabling at our office - he was able to help us quickly, and fixed some other things while he was there too! Answered the phone straight away and was easy to communicate with - would recommend for any IT/computer needs in the area
