BA Blades

Excellent customer service from Tony at BA Blades. Ordered a cold steel torpedo that I've wanted since I was little ( I binged watched the test videos on YouTube). Now I'm an adult, I wanted to revisit that forgotten childhood nostalgia. However the parcel came and only the free item was inside. Tony was brilliant over the phone and was trying to rule out if it was the fault of the warehouse, royal mail or an untruthful customer. In the end he gave me the benefit of the doubt on such short notice and is sending another one off for me, but with extra tape! I am very appreciative of this and recommend BA Blades as being as trustworthy vendor.

Bought a nice smith and wesson knife. Really good blade. Delivery was very fast as well.

Simply fantastic! Ordered a quite expensive blade somewhere else and they took a week to say the blade had been cancelled and i got a refund, so when I stumbled upon BA Blades I decided to take the plunge my order was dispatched as quickly as possible, can't thank them enough

This is an absolutely superb company and I wish I'd found them years ago : extremely professional and helpful staff, good value for money on the items they sell, reliable, trustworthy and ordered items are promptly and safely delivered.
