Apparently I am supposed to do the receptionists job and and tell the mechanic everything I told the receptionist when it was booked in, and when I hadn't done the receptionists job the "gentleman" dealing with my car was rather intimidating and incredibly rude and unhelpful, all because I have AA breakdown insurance and wanted to claim on that as opposed to paying the whole bill myself (exactly the reason I took the policy out in the first place)., and yes I did tell the receptionist that when I first asked if they could accommodate my car. I spoke to the mechanic on the Tuesday, how would he be able to confirm you could fix it if I hadn't told him the problem from the start! I spoke to the receptionist on the Wednesday morning, and I categorically told her it was covered by the AA breakdown insurance, the mere fact that you have felt the need to lie in your response confirms to me that you in fact know you were in the wrong, but most importantly of all, regardless of any situation, you have absolutely no right to be so aggressive to a customer that they are scared to come and pick their own car up! I even phoned back and apologised if I had said anything to upset you but you continued with your treatment of me. Service: Engine repair

Shaw Autopoint is the best garages in town, better than any other unreliable garages, thanks to Chris and his kind and approachable Staff, I have no idea where to begin. Shaw Autopoint has never overcharged me or taken too long to get my car back on the road after an inspection and repair, no matter how big or small.
