        Excellent club, went for first time on Thursday, made to feel really welcome, not done any phys in 2 years due to injury, but was able to train around it, with no pressure to try to keep up with younger ones, it didn't seem all about the syllabus, but more enjoyment and the chance to feel comfortable within the setting. As its been 2 years for me, as anyone could imagine the next day added with being 44 yrs old, I had a few aches, but no more than I was expecting. Can't wait to go back. If anyone isn't sure, just show up and have the taster sessions! There's no way of seeing if it's for you unless you give it a try. I'm not looking back now
