I rang and spoke with Gemma on reception and had a face to face appointment the following day. On seeing Dr Walsh who was very attentive, I was subsequently referred on for further tests including seeing Sue the practice nurse. My personal experience is that everyone has been polite, friendly, caring and professional.

Absolutely worst doctors I've ever known. I haven't been for about 4 years to this place, have a chest infection and have tried for about 4 days to get an appointment and the phones don't ring at all just constantly says call back later. My partner finally got into a que for me to have the call cut off when in position 3. It's more than likely because all the reception staff at the same melts that have work there for about 20 years and are stuck up their own are. The place needs knocking down with them all sat in it
