Johnsons Fiat Swindon

Appaling service. Used last year as it was very good. Cant sqme the same for this year after having the car in Friday 6th of Jan all came back fine. Sat morning the engine warning emmisons light came on no coincidence. After trying to get hold of them Monday early am I went in waited 2hrs for diagnostic for them to say not there doing and to go to my car dealer. They broke my car and will now cost me 500 to get nox sensor that they broke fixed. Disgusted

Johnsons Swindon has gone above and beyond helping with my car. I bought second hand from them and experienced a couple of problems that they didnt hesitate to correct. The customer service has been more than outstanding and cant thank them enough for everything they have done. When purchased, they were extremely thorough, everything went smoothly and quickly and received constant communication when needed. Despite a couple of set backs, through no fault of their own, it had been dealt with immediately and corrected asap. 10/10, best garage/dealership I have been to and would 100% purchase another car from them.
