        WARNING! Absolutely disgusting service! Unprofessional and need a lesson in customer service. This 'business' is basically a shed off the side of the road with a few old vans. The rude owner had dirty clothes, food on his face and sleep in his eye. Completely messed up the booking and was extremely rude leaving us with no means of transport on moving day! I urge anyone who is looking at using 7 Ways Rental to avoid at all costs, 5 minutes around the corner is Arnold Clark who sorted everything out, better vans and at least 120 cheaper with no deposit! or hassle. It cost me 55 from Arnold Clark & 170 from 7 Ways Rental. Regardless of leaving me stuck with no van they took 170 anyway!!! I have contacted BBB and i'm in the process of making a formal complaint. I hope this helps others not to get caught out! If I could give a negative rating or even a huge warning I would.
