Zero customer service! Shame on B&Q for using this cowboy company on their marketplace. I didnt realise I was purchasing from a 3rd party seller. I have one damaged item that Im trying to return, and one refund that needs processing for a second parcel that I refused at the door. In terms of goods: The bbq was bent and the leg was snapped on the first parcel, and I refused to accept the second. There is literally no response from this seller, and B&Q refuse to refund me and chase these cowboys for their money instead. Ive waited a month with no response on one item, and over a week on the second item I purchased. They trade under the name of I want wallpaper, and various other names by the sound of it. Ive had to contact my bank for a chargeback. If I dont get a response soon, Ill be hand delivering it back to them myself and demanding my money at the door! SHAMEFUL.

Utterly terrible customer service, I spent 50 on an item, they sent the wrong item, they don't take calls from customers, they take 5 days at a time to reply to emails, it's been 3 weeks, I've not had a refund, and I'm no closer to getting one. Avoid.
