        If it was possible to review without any star, Vispa will get none. Worst customer service, unstable connection all the time and most disgustingly, they never never call you back no matter how many messages you leave Stat away from them

        Support is absolutely shocking, you cant call and ever get through to someone. If you leave a voicemail no one returns your call. They also dont seem to work weekends which is bizarre for a company who looks after thousands of peoples internet.

        Weve been left without Wifi since Friday and not managed to get hold of anyone to find out whats going on despite calling on numerous occasions. We rely on the Wifi to work from home so not a good service at all!
