        Sent 3 or 4 emails within a two week period begging for help with symptoms of anxiety fear and pain only to receive a phone call from a doctor who gave me a warning not to email the surgery again because they have 5,000 patients other than me. Awaiting a phone call from another doctor today to try and resolve this none received I was promised by the receptionist that I would receive a callback this morning now it's Wednesday night I now medication or support from this surgery. I can show all emails sent to this surgery none are abusive or threatening just desperate attempts for the right treatment
