Birthing with Love Hypnobirthing

I thoroughly enjoyed doing a hypnobirthing course with Yvette. I would without doubt recommend this to any mum to be (whether that be your first, second, third or more!) Yvette is so knowledgeable and has such passion for hypnobirthing and its benefits. She explains the stages of labour in detail so you are fully aware of the birthing experience and how amazing it can be. She will leave you (but at the same time is always there for you) fully equipped with all the 'tools' to have the positive birthing experience everyone wants. I truly believe my birthing experience was made all the more positive thanks to Yvette and all that I learnt through doing the hypnobirthing course. I felt calm and excited (to meet our baby boy) throughout labour. This is something that I didn't even realise was possible before I'd researched hypnobirthing and found Yvette! Not to mention, it was also a great help for my partner to understand the ways in which he could help me achieve the relaxing, joyful and positive birth that we wished to have. The hypnobirthing course really helped prepare us both for the birth, I was so anxious before but it really helped us understand the process so I knew what to expect and different tools to use. Yvette was so knowledgable and helpful and I genuinely believe we had a great birth experience because of this!

Each week my partner and I looked forward to welcoming Yvette into our home for our private classes. She has a great love, knowledge and belief in Hypnobirthing which creates a light and fun learning environment. Having this support from Yvette made the difference between me being highly anxious about the birth to going in to hospital feeling like I was floating on a cloud! She explains the process of labour so well and has such passion for preparing women for birth. It really helped my husband too so he knew how to support me.

I cannot recommend Yvette and her hypnobirthing course highly enough. We ended up doing private sessions with her towards the end of my pregnancy. She has tailored the course to be highly informative and balanced with techniques to enter into the birthing process in a balanced, grounded and peaceful way. So much of what we are conditioned to believe has created so much fear around birthing and Yvette manages to unpick those fears and feeds in to the positive and exciting journey of the pregnancy and beyond. The course helped me and my partner to connect more closely through the pregnancy with exercises that we shared and helped me to birth our baby gently through a complicated birth and surrender to the curve balls as they came up. I was able to stay present through the birth, breathe through the surges and be in awe of the amazing process. Yvette continued to check in and support us beyond the pregnancy and we were very grateful to know that she was waving us on from the sidelines! Thank you so much Yvette!
