VERY disappointed!!! The communication is appalling. At least they did turn up to my wedding but they did not put out a decoration and there was a colossal mess up with my wedding sign we had paid a lot of money for. It had ANOTHER COMPANIES BRANDING ON THE BACK, which was meant to be a welcome sign we were then going to hang on a wall allocated in our house. That ruined that and after a few months they eventually got back to me and said it was a miss communication and I should have handed the sign back as it wasn't to keep!! WHAT!! I have given up trying to get any money back. I would avoid at all costs. It's left a sour taste after our wedding. I realised too that I could not leave a face book review on their page, which is concerning they have turned this function off, I wonder why.

Juan never replied to emails or answered his phone... he jacked the price up a week before the wedding and insisted in my son paying the balance before he would do any work.... he already had a huge deposit from them which they could ill afford to lose!.... it was blackmail...! It was too late in the day to get another decorator which he knew!!! He had them over a barrel...... he let the venue staff down by not turning up when arranged. He promised to arrive at 3pm on the Friday, he arrived at 5.30pm when the venue closed at 6! So the management generously kept staff on for him until 10pm! On a Friday night.!!! The wedding was the next day..... The bride was in tears! Thinking the venue was not going to be done. ... He single handed ruined the run upto what was to be the happiest day of a young couples life! Thank goodness the venue manager Lisa was so kind, and saved the day! Or the venue would not have been decorated and Juan had all of their money! Please please please! Do not give yourself the heartbreak of dealing with this company...!

We ordered a few items from these for our wedding. Out of all the suppliers we used these were a complete nightmare. You could never get through to them, barely replied to emails, rarely answered the phone. The come our wedding day we had ordered a wooden welcome/table plan from them which was 240 (a lot of money for a table plan but we had plans to use it after the wedding at our home) However, It came with Alan Clarke spelt ..an C.arke and then when we went to pick up our items in the morning it turned out WOW had taken our board back withe them. So obviously we gave them a call to ask for it back and discuss the missing letters off someones name. We were advised to call when we got back which we did and advised to call again in a few days. Once we finally got back through to them they advised they would make a replacement board for us (why would we want a replacement after the wedding now the photos all show wrong details!) we requested our original board back or a refund. Which we were told we would not be allowed as company had changed over (bearing in mind we paid the last largest chunk of the money to the new company) they asked us to then only deal with them through FB. Now they won't answer fb messages or the phone. Absolutely disgusting service from Start to finish and I advise anyone to use another company for their wedding if they are thinking of going to WOW as there are plenty others that are local. I was advised this and wish I had listened at the time!

The WOW business are the only venue dressers you should be looking at. Juan and the team really bend over backwards to accommodate any budget to ensure you have your dream event! Would definitely recommend
