WOW! A business that shows integrity, honesty and professionalism does still exist. had a clutch problem that was diagnosed (by TMS) as the master cylinder needed replacing. OK got an estimate from Sharnford Garage which was considerably cheaper than TMS. Work was carried out and they gave me a courtesy car for the duration, fantastic. Collected the car and unfortunately two day later the clutch problem re-appeared, temporarily. I went back to Mark who in all honesty said that it was unusual but to keep any eye on it and let him know if it happens again. Two weeks went by without a problem. Then the clutch went completely! I phoned Mark, they collected my car from my home, again gave me a courtesy car. They then repaired the car which was a faulty seal elsewhere on the system. I collected my car and was astonished that there was nothing to pay! As I said it does show that integrity, honesty and professionalism is profound. Can't thank them enough and would thoroughly recommend! Service: Transmission

Recommended by RAC as I broke down. Repair was done on my vehicle but not when they said it would be completed. Car was parked on a side street when I picked it up not on their property. Drove home to find a dent and paint damaged. Called the garage and returned to be told they hadnt done it! It was not damaged there when my car left me but there on pick up! Even though garage staff very friendly I would never use this garage again nor would I recommend it. Service: General repairs & maintenance
