        We cannot see doctors face to face would like to know where the doctors are. Doctors are pleasant when speaking on phone but want to know when we can get face to face appointments. Receptionists in general OK once you have been interrogated. The best part of the practice is when you see the nurses always friendly.

        Cold and they are happy to keep you waiting with no expenation but if you are slightly late they make it plain they are not impressed.

        Absolutely diabolical service. Haven't a clue what they are doing. Reporting them because had enough of their incompetence. Dont take complaints seriously so I'm taking it higher. Disgusting practice.

        Showed up for an appointment 4 mins late, as the surgery is not signposted, refused to honour the appointment as I was Late! Jobsworth award of the year!!
