        I stayed one night when hiking the C to C in May 1997. Jean, were you my host then? I was served a wonderful dinner even though it was after service hours. Then she brought out an atlas of England and showed me where my ancestral town of Goodrich was located. This lead to a nice visit to the Goodrich Castle ruins after the hike. My best time on the C to C! Thank you for your gracious hospitality 25 years later!
