        Absolutely brilliant reliable, encouraging and compassionate Carers. Would be absolutely Five stars if it wasnt for the uncaring, unthoughtful and indifferent treatment I have received on several occasions from the office staff.

        I have been with Novus-care since July as a care coordinator. I have been made to feel very welcome by all staff especially by my manager Debbie and the amazing team in the office. I have also had the opportunity and pleasure to go out and work with some of the care workers providing genuine and supportive care to the service users.
