We would not recommend Bramley Windows. We arranged for them to visit the house to discuss new windows and they seemed very attentive, noting all our requirements over an hour visit. However, after their visit we didn't hear from them for at least a couple of weeks. We phoned and emailed to chase them up and they said they needed further clarification on our requirements. Once we eventually got hold of them, all of their questions had already been discussed at the site visit so we started to have doubts about the company. This was a pattern that seemed to repeat over a couple of months, constantly saying they needed more information in order to produce the quote. After constant chasing and relentless phone calls to little if no response, we gave up. We thought if it was this hard to get a quote, then it wasn't a good indication of the work to be done or the company. I'm not sure if they were too busy or didn't want the job but they were very poor at communicating and we would not recommend them. Such a shame as we really wanted to use them as a local company.

The company are terrible communicators and they miss deadlines without communicating. If you want delayed installation and manufacturing then this is the place to go. We were delayed by 2 months. Very disappointed. They were quick to ask for payment however of course!

If you leave bad reviews for a company because of a viral video of some dodgy driving you need to get a life. FYI google can and will remove them if you contact them as the terminally online cancel kids do this so often theres procedures around it.
