The YT MILL, Surrey Hills

I just came back from my ride. What do I have to say... Well! From start I was greated at the shop by the staff in such friendly manner made me feel very welcome and very helpful with the setup of the bike so I could have maximum use of the bike. I would rate u guys a massive 1000 stars a massive well done to your customer services at the shop. Really the best shop I ever been in UK. The bike was amazing!! I normally ride Santa cruz nomad CC and from today I was converted into YT customer the only bad thing was not availability of the bike I would have like to buy on the shop today because how well the bike performed and very big thanks for the setup of the bike by your bike mechanic. Overall you guys have a great shop with amazing staff. I hope you're always in business because I will visit your shop more often. Thanks for the experience and the conversion to YT, now fingers crossed you have stock soon for me to get my bike.

I don't own a YT bike yet but I joined their guided night ride. Really great set up, quality bikes, very helpful people. I have a feeling my next bike will be a YT!

Had a great demo on a YT Izzo here. Received a warm welcome and bike was pretty much ready to go when I arrived. It makes such a difference to be able to actually be able to properly test a bike out which seems so hard to do anywhere. Kudos to YT for this. The bike is definitely a contender and I look forward to returning to the Mill and would recommend a trip there. It's a great place!
